* Qualinet Industry Forum registration only allows conference access on Friday, September 9th (13u - 17h30) 2011.
Refunds can be made up to one week prior to the event. The ticket price minus the transaction cost (4%) - 1 euro will be refunded. In the week before the event tickets are refunded at 50% of the price.
